We don't believe in selling you things that you don't need. Nor do we want to confuse you with technical jargon. So here is how it is. The Business Basics pack includes:

Web Hosting with Fasthosts - Web hosting is an essential part of having a website. Your website is effectively a group of webpage files held on a computer known as a server. Without a server, which allows anyone anywhere to view your files, your website would not exist. Fasthosts are one of the most reliable companies that host websites.

A Domain Name (Web Address) - This is the "www.yourwebsiteaddress.com" bit. The price of this varies but it's usually no more than about £10 for a 2 year period. Unless you already have one set up, this is included in the price of your website as it is pretty essential.

Graphic Design - All websites require some graphic design and we handle it from day one. We meet up with you to discuss what you want from your website. What you need, what would be nice and any concepts you may already have in mind. If you already have a site or any kind of logos or designs we can create a site based on these. We custom make all of our sites from scratch and encourage your input throughout the design process. We may not get it spot on right away and that's why we need your help. We then take these designs and make sure they meet all the required standards, so anyone can use your site.

Feedback Form - This is optional, but often having a form so that your customers can contact you encourages them to do so. Don't have an e-mail address? Unlimited E-mail addresses come free with the FastHosts web hosting package.

Image Rollovers - It's nice to catch peoples attention and that's why we include this, optionally, within the basic package. It's the effect that is on our menu along the bottom of the page, where the menu changes when the visitor brings the mouse over the menu.
