Even the best site in the world needs a bit of TLC and we're not just interested in creating or revamping sites - we want to see your sites kept up to date. After all, what good is a website if it doesn't accurately reflect where your organisation is today?

There is no update too big or too small for us to deal with, and we have two different ways of dealing with updates.

1. Pay per hour:

We charge a standard rate of £12 per hour for updates (with discounts available for Charities and start-ups) with a minimum charge of £12 per update. This is the simplest way of doing updates and is best when you have saved up your updates and need them done all at once.

A non-returnable deposit may be required for new clients prior to your updates being carried out

2. Maintenance Contracts:

A maintenance contract is an agreement between you and us to provide updates to your site for an agreed period of time - usually a month.

Following a meeting between you and us, we agree the maximum number of hours work each month the site is likely to require on average and how much you are willing to pay each month to help you keep your site up to date.

The benefits for you are:

1. You get your updates done as a priority over other clients'
2. You usually pay a lower rate when compared to the "pay per hour" option.

However, the agreed amount is payable whether you use your prepaid updates or not, unless you tell us in advance that you would like to cancel the contract.

Payments must be made in advance and are for a whole calendar month. Unused updates from a previous month may be carried over to a new month, but this is entirely at our disgression.

Agreements vary from customer to customer, but a standard monthly price for an average site would be around £50 - which would normally cover a maximum of 5 hours work over the month. This is a much lower rate than the "pay per hour" option!

This package can also include creating regular back-ups of your site.
