Faqs: How Many Pages Do I Get?
Date Added: 19/05/2017 @ 12:47pm
In short. As many as you need.
We get a lot of customers who say "I just want a basic website" or "how much for a one page website"?
We believe it is better to let the content flow naturally over the pages of your website. When some clients pay by the page, they sometimes try to save money by squeezing as much content onto each page as possible.
This can lead to websites with very long pages, or pages where it becomes a real chore to read. This might mean that a lot of your visitors will give up before they find what they are looking for. A lot of visitors will never scroll down the page to find what is at the bottom - they will just leave.
If you do want a one page website, we can provide this for you - but most websites work best with a minimum of between 5-7 pages. We prefer to think about how long a website will take to make, rather than dwelling on how many pages...
Instead, we have two simple options: static or content managed.
Static websites
If you opt for a static website, we charge a flat rate of £499, assuming that the layout of each of these pages is more or less the same. Discounts are available for SMEs, Charities and Churches
Extra features such as calculators, forms and photo galleries may be excluded from this rate. If you need more pages than this then we'd recommend that you opt for the content managed website instead.
Content Managed
The content managed website, costs from £749 and allows you to add as many pages as you need - making the number of pages you can add practically unlimited. Examples of CMS websites would include popular systems like Wordpress and Joomla.
